Where Washington members are
The Puget Sound corridor holds most of Washington's members, and within it the Eastside, Bellevue and Redmond especially, has the biggest cluster, with Seattle itself next. Tacoma and the South Sound towns follow, then Vancouver, which faces Portland across the Columbia, and a scatter east of the mountains in Spokane and the Tri-Cities.
Couples outnumber single men here, and the single women are mostly under 35.

The South Sound
Tacoma, University Place, Puyallup, Sumner and Spanaway, out to Port Orchard, Tumwater and Lacey.

East of the Cascades
Spokane, Kennewick and Richland, and Walla Walla.
Getting around: I-5 is the backbone, Bellingham to Vancouver by way of Seattle, Tacoma and Olympia; Seattle to Tacoma is forty-five minutes on a good day, Seattle to Vancouver roughly three. I-405 serves the Eastside, Spokane is a long afternoon away over Snoqualmie Pass on I-90, and I-82 drops down to the Tri-Cities.
Meeting up: traffic, not distance, decides what counts as local around Puget Sound. An Eastside couple and a Tacoma couple might pick somewhere in between rather than fighting through Seattle at five o'clock.
