Where Idaho members are
The Treasure Valley is where most of Idaho's members live: Boise and Garden City, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell, and the smaller towns out to Parma and Fruitland. North Idaho, around Hayden and the Silver Valley, is the second group, with Lewiston further south. East Idaho, from Pocatello to Rigby, has a few.
Couples outnumber single men comfortably, and the whole group is small enough that a new member gets noticed quickly.
Boise and the Treasure Valley
Boise, Garden City, Meridian, Eagle and Kuna, Nampa and Caldwell, and Parma, Fruitland and Horseshoe Bend further out.
North Idaho
Hayden by Coeur d'Alene, Kellogg, Osburn and Murray in the Silver Valley, and Ponderay up by Sandpoint.
Lewiston
Lewiston, on the Washington line.
East Idaho
Pocatello, Blackfoot, Rigby and Pingree.
Getting around: I-84 runs the length of the Treasure Valley, Caldwell to Boise in half an hour. Pocatello is three and a half hours east on I-84 and I-86, and the Panhandle is a different world, six or seven hours north on US-95.
Meeting up: the valley is compact, so Boise members have the easiest time of it. Members in the north often find Spokane closer than Boise, and the same goes for Salt Lake City in the east.
