Where Arizona members are
Nearly all of Arizona's members live in the Phoenix metro, and they're spread right across it: Phoenix and the West Valley, the East Valley cities of Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Gilbert, and Scottsdale and the north. Tucson is the only other real cluster, with a few members around Florence and Casa Grande between the two and a handful in Yuma and Prescott.
Couples are the largest group, with single men behind them, and the couples here lean older than most, a good share in their fifties and beyond.
Phoenix and the West Valley
Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria and Tolleson, out to Buckeye and Sun City.
The East Valley
Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Gilbert, with Queen Creek, Higley and Gold Canyon on the far edge.
Scottsdale and the north
Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Cave Creek, and Prescott up in the high country.
Tucson and the south
Tucson, Marana and Catalina, Florence and Casa Grande up the road, and Yuma out west.
Getting around: Loops 101 and 202 tie the Valley together, and in the evening the whole metro is about forty minutes across. I-10 runs down to Tucson in under two hours, I-17 climbs north to Prescott and Flagstaff, and Yuma is three hours west on I-8.
Meeting up: in summer nobody wants to drive far in the heat, so Valley members tend to meet on their own side of town. Scottsdale and Tempe have the most bars within easy reach of everyone.
