Getting around: Inside Sydney the trains and the metro do the work, and the CBD is forty minutes from most of the suburbs. The M1 reaches the Central Coast in an hour and Newcastle in two; Wollongong is an hour south on the M1 and the Princes Highway.
Meeting up: the CBD and the inner suburbs are neutral ground for everyone, and most Sydney first drinks happen there. Members in Newcastle and the Illawarra usually meet locally rather than make the trip.
